
Accidentally made a large grilled cheese.
I was aiming for a cheese pizza in my new Ooni oven, however I broke the dough surface and to avoid disaster I changed my goal.
- standard oven at 250C
- 62% hydration dough using Caputo 00, semolina used for stretching

That’s one small banana (also judging from that crispy part at the top there it’s about a regular sized grilled cheese)

Come on guys, it’s not polite to challenge one’s banana size.
